Project Manager, Web Infrastructure, Sept 2000 to April 2001

Defined and ran a project to implement the MLIM Web Infrastructure.

The project scope covered an entire infrastructure hosted at an ISP plus surrounding production procedures and the support model. Its objective was to ensure that a hastily designed and implemented infrastructure could be completed and handed over to Business As Usual where there were neither the skills nor disciples to run a remote, shared Internet facing applications infrastructure.
The hardware included Intel Hardware running NT4, Sun Solaris and Sybase, Nokia fire walls, Hyperflow switches, a third party hosted service, including 1^st line support and BMC Patrol monitoring.
