A land survey and cartography company of around £10m turnover and 120 employees, Ed was the IT Manager, with a team of between 8 and 14 data processing and application development staff. Migrated, then re-developed the core data processing and cartographic systems from an ancient system onto modern DEC equipment with interfaces with current digital mapping packages.
