PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation: Ed took the project from initial proposal through budgeting and contract negotiation to project team recruitment, then supervised the project through implementation and roll out.

Purchasing Systems: Implemented a new purchasing business process and system to support it (TABS) which substantially reduced the time and effort spent by the business authorising purchase orders and invoices.

Technical solutions and business procedures for the Mercury Internet Web site and E-Mail: Defined the requirements, specified and implemented data extracts from Mercury mainframe and database systems for use on the new MAM Web Site and for a new Development Capital portfolio management system.
