Inova Technology is a small company specialising in Web Solutions. We provide software products and bespoke applications to support a variety of businesses and needs for end users, usually delivered with hardware built for the purpose.

I was an investor in and director of the business, being closely involved in all technical and commercial aspects of the business and products. This included sales, building customer relations, project management, technical design and delivery and commissioning the hardware and software on the customer’s site.

Projects include:

Intime: a time recording and customer billing system, incorporating EC Working Time Directive monitoring
Insight: an information mining tool for the Police Forces, making transactional systems data available through an easy-to-use Web interface.
Instore: a system for managing and matching lost and found items reported or handed in to the police
Marvel: a customer comparison and analysis tool for a leading fund manager
VRC: a system for gathering progress reports and photographs for a retail outlet refurbishment program, then making this available over an Extranet between the retailer, contractor and field marketing organisation.
