IT Manager for the TSB Group’s commercial bad debt management unit, managing customers with unrecoverable debt and maximising recoveries from them.

Developed a 3 year strategic plan for GBSD IT through analysing business priorities and the capability of existing technology. Followed and maintained this plan throughout the 3 years at GBSD, making modifications required by changing business time scales.

Implemented a Client/Server database allowing 20 relationship managers to control and report activities on property portfolios. Developed using PowerBuilder and SQL Server

Managed a team of up to 6, running projects, day to day operations and support of 120 networked PC users

Managed the transfer of accounts and subsequent closure and disposal of accounting systems in London and Dublin
