Management Standards and Project Office Manager, May 2002 to July 2002

In a short assignment, Ed developed standards and rules of best practice for project management to be implemented by the Project Office. The processes were based on Prince2, adjusted to comply with the local established procedures and culture. Processes focused on improving project governance and monitoring individual projects and the programme of work.
